The Change

…comprising the Klausmeisterhof, the holiday home, the old gas station in the village center, and the health center, is partially situated in alpine terrain. Our business also includes a farm with livestock. Due to the natural conditions, fences, railings, walls, tree trunks, and mountain streams cannot be fully secured, which poses an increased risk. Paths and stairs are not continuously cleared and gritted in snow and ice. Entering and using the property, including private sports equipment such as balance boards, fitness equipment, swings, slides, climbing frames, etc., is at your own risk. Parents are responsible for their children.

PRICES

Room rates are per person/night including VAT. Breakfast can be added for an extra charge. The local tourist tax for Ruhpolding is not included in the room rate.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

We are happy to pick up all train arrivals from the station until 6 pm. Please let us know your arrival time in advance. For those arriving in Salzburg by plane, we offer a bookable shuttle service. Rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

THIS SHOULD BE IN YOUR LUGGAGE

  • Sportswear, sneakers, sturdy mountain or hiking boots and weatherproof clothing.
  • Bicycles and ski equipment can be rented in the village for a fee.
  • For stays with medical supervision, please bring any existing medical findings and doctor's reports with you.

INVOICE/DEPOSIT

We require a deposit of 50% of the total booked services, payable by bank transfer. For online bookings, your credit card will be charged immediately after booking. The remaining balance is due upon departure. Treatment appointments not cancelled by 4 pm the day before will be charged.

CANCELLATION FEE

In the event of a cancellation of your stay, the following cancellation fees will apply, which depend on the lost room or package costs as well as booked workshops:

  • Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival: free of charge
  • Cancellation 4-2 weeks before arrival: 50%
  • Cancellation 2 weeks to 1 day before arrival: 75%
  • No arrival or cancellation on the day of arrival: 100%
  • Any deposit already paid will be credited towards the cancellation fee. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

PETS

Dogs are welcome in our holiday home and can be booked for €25 per dog per day. Our rooms at Klausmeisterhof are specially designed for allergy sufferers, therefore we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets. We appreciate your understanding.

NICOTINE

Smoking is not permitted in any of the rooms, including the terrace. Smokers will find a designated outdoor smoking lounge.
