WANDL is a place like no other. We are a conference center, retreat, boutique hotel, café, practice, art & culture lover's haven, TV and podcast studio, design shop, event organizer, start-up accelerator, innovation hub, carpentry workshop, and farm all in one.
MONIKA AND SIMON
We are a family business , driven by the power couple Monika Harlinghausen-Smith and Curt Simon Harlinghausen. Both have traveled extensively, guided companies through change processes, and appreciate nature. With WANDL, the couple opens their farm, their experience, and their love of detail to their guests.
Monika and Simon live with their four children and several animals at Klausmeisterhof and have lovingly renovated the place over three years using local craftsmanship , transforming it into what it is today: WANDL.
RUHPOLDING
The location is fantastic. Just an hour's drive from Munich and half an hour from Salzburg, we are easily accessible from all over the world. And yet, WANDL am Klausmeisterhof is secluded, in absolute peace and quiet at the foot of the Unternberg mountain.
This is great because Unterberg still has good snow in winter, the ski slope runs right past our house, and guests can either go skiing themselves or watch the ski tourers enjoying the sport. In spring, our meadows bloom with an incredible array of forest and meadow herbs . And in summer, you can enjoy swimming in the surrounding lakes . Autumn is colorful and perfect for hiking , a feast for all the senses. Unterberg isn't too demanding and has very beautiful trails, ideal for improving fitness or simply enjoying the fresh air and nature.

THE KLAUSMEISTER COURT
Our Klausmeisterhof is a listed farmhouse dating back to 1740. Picturesquely situated on a hillside, the farm was built in the style of a traditional Traunstein mountain house. We completely modernized it between 2021 and 2023. The barrier-free and digitally equipped farm offers a conference room , a lounge , and 10 guest rooms for events with up to 60 people , exclusive weddings, and sophisticated meetings. With a state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen and terraces, we create a unique atmosphere. Catering and chefs are available upon request, and you can create and bake your own pizzas in our pizza oven , enjoying the wonderful ambiance by the fire.
RUHPOLDING
Our holiday home is a luxurious property with a sauna , large bathroom, two guest toilets, a combined living room and kitchen with a wood-burning stove, and two air-conditioned bedrooms. It accommodates up to four adults and one child. All hotel amenities are included. The house is fully equipped with a kitchen, terrace, and mountain and valley views.

KLAUSMEISTERHOF CONFERENCE ROOM
WANDL brings the best of urban living to the Klausmeisterhof in Ruhpolding. A place for slowing down, focusing on the essentials, and simultaneously fostering creativity, activity, and innovation. Our conference room can accommodate up to 60 people for conferences and up to 24 people for workshops. Exclusive weddings and sophisticated events can be perfectly combined with our outdoor kitchen . Catering and chefs are available upon request. We offer state-of-the-art conference technology , high-speed internet, a professional sound system, our own TV and podcast studio , and various instruments.
CONFERENCE ROOM TANK
We know how important a change of scenery can be for individual creativity and team spirit. And when you can combine that with a delicious coffee or tea, the day is instantly transformed. That's why we've turned the old gas station in the town center into a new kind of workspace. In addition to a co-working office , we've also created a conference room directly connected to the TV studio . There, you can hold meetings for up to 20 people, or record your own events, such as yoga classes or seminars, and then take the finished production home with you.

WANDL ist ein moderner, herzlicher und bewusst geführter Hof zwischen München, Salzburg und Chiemgau. Er verbindet Natur, Design, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft mit professioneller Infrastruktur für Workshops, Retreats, Strategietage, Team-Offsites und kleine Konferenzen.
Der Hof liegt im bayerischen Voralpenland, gut erreichbar aus München, Salzburg, Rosenheim und dem Chiemgau. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hof vorhanden.
WANDL eignet sich für Unternehmens-Offsites, Führungskräfte-Klausuren, Team-Retreats, Kreativworkshops, Coaching-Sessions, Strategie-Meetings, Fortbildungen, Produktiv-Sprints, kleine Konferenzen und private Retreats.
Je nach Konfiguration können 8–16 Personen komfortabel übernachten; für Tagesveranstaltungen eignet sich WANDL für Gruppen bis ca. 20 Personen.
Der Hof bietet helle Meetingräume mit moderner technischer Ausstattung, Breakout-Flächen, Kaminlounge, Outdoor-Areas, Kreativ-Ecken und flexible Räume für Bewegung, Yoga oder Gruppenarbeiten.
Ja. Beamer/Screen, High-Speed-WLAN, große Displays, Ton-Equipment, Whiteboards, Flipcharts, Moderationsmaterial, hybride Meeting-Setups und weitere Tools stehen bereit.
WANDL bietet auf Wunsch Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen, Kaffee- und Snack-Päuschen. Auf Anfrage organisieren wir hochwertiges, regionales Catering oder kochen gemeinsam in der Hofküche.
Ja. Der Hof kann vollständig exklusiv gebucht werden – ideal für vertrauliche Strategiethemen, kreative Sprints oder geschlossene Team-Veranstaltungen.
Absolut. Der Hof ist für mehrtägige Aufenthalte ausgelegt: ruhige Zimmer, naturnahe Umgebung, Rückzugsmöglichkeiten und variable Workshop-Räume.
Ja. Große Wiesen, Terrassen, Feuerstelle, Spazierwege, Waldrunden und sportliche Aktivitäten sind direkt am Hof möglich. Outdoor-Workshops und Walk-&-Talk Sessions werden gerne genutzt.
Auf Wunsch vermittelt WANDL erfahrene Moderatoren, Coaches oder Facilitators – z. B. für Leadership, Innovation, Transformation, Team-Building oder Purpose-Arbeit.
Dazu gehören Kochsessions, Naturerlebnisse, Yoga, Achtsamkeit, kreative Workshops, Lagerfeuerabende, Impulse von Experten und individuell gestaltete Aktivitäten.

Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Anreise mit Bahn + Taxi ist problemlos möglich. Flughäfen München und Salzburg liegen in der Nähe.
Unternehmen und Organisatoren können eigene Trainer, Speaker oder Moderatoren mitbringen. Wir unterstützen bei Technik, Raumplanung und Logistik.
